Refund Policy

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE
Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. For exchanges, all claims must be made within 15 business days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns, as they are discounted to clear limited stock.

Please contact info@lyeinaniofficial.com and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. 

SHIPPING FEES
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES  
If you received a wrong/faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the wrong/faulty item, the packaging and the delivery slip

Please make sure to keep the delivery slip and also make pictures of the outside and inside of your package. We will find a solution for you as fast as possible!

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items or gift cards.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are final.
