Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. After your order is placed there is a processing time of 2-3 business days. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include Domestic vs International shipments.

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account. You can also click here to the track order status page.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double check the address before completing the order at checkout validating apt, unit, or suite numbers are included. If an address was entered in error, please email info@lyeinaniofficial.com with the order number and cancellation request. We will cancel the order, allowing customers to reorder and input the corrected information. Please note, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen even with delivery confirmation, please contact us.

When filing a claim with the Shipping Company. the driver on route will investigate to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address which could be the case. 

If you decide to file a claim through Paypal, your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT (minus shipping cost) and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc. 

 

If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that LYEINANI has received the product.
